At Andro Vault, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle domestic and international shipments, including duties, taxes, and delivery timelines.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We offer reliable delivery across India through our trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.


3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using reliable courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination, usually 7–21 business days.

  • Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to custom duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

We offer two modes of shipping at checkout:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):

    • All applicable duties and taxes are included and paid at checkout.

    • The order will be delivered to your doorstep with no additional charges upon delivery.

  • DAP (Delivered at Place):

    • Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout.

    • Customers are responsible for paying these charges directly to the courier or customs authorities upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website for real-time updates.


6. Delays & Responsibility

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

  • Andro Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.


7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties (in case of DAP), or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
